Directions from North (I-75 & I-81)
- Follow I-75 South or I-81 South into Tennessee.
- I-75 South or I-81 South will become I-40 West.
- Follow directions from the East.

Directions from South (I-75)
- Follow I-75 North into Tennessee.
- I-75 North will become I-40 East.
- Follow directions from the West

Directions from East
- Follow I-40 West to exit 383 North Papermill Rd./Weisgarber Rd.
- After exiting stay in left lane following Weisgarber Rd.
- At the light take a right onto Weisgarber Rd.
- Follow Weisgarber to Middlebrook Pike (4th light)
- Take a right onto Middlebrook Pike. Get into left hand lane.
- At first light (Amherst) take a left.
- Go .3 of a mile. I & I Sling is on the left at the corner of Amherst and Industrial Heights. Dr.

Directions from West
- Follow I-40 East to exit 383 North Shore Dr/Papermill Rd.
- Stay in right lane following W. Papermill Rd.
- Take a right on Paper Mill Rd.
- At next light take a right onto Weisgarber Rd.
- Follow Weisgarber to Middlebrook Pike (4th light)
- Take a right onto Middlebrook Pike. Get into left hand lane.
- At first light (Amherst) take a left.
- Go .3 of a mile. I & I Sling is on the left at the corner of Amherst and Industrial Heights. Dr.

McGee Tyson Airport to I & I Sling, Inc. (25 minutes)
- Leaving the airport bear left on access to US-129 North towards Knoxville/Oak Ridge for about 2 miles.
- Take I-140 towards Oak Ridge for about 11 miles.
- Take exit 1-C, onto I-40 East/I-75 North exit towards Knoxville
- Follow directions from the West.
